11 Day Self Care Challenge
In this 11 Day Self Care Challenge you will receive short, simple self care skills to integrate into your daily routine to help you release stress, ease physical tension, soothe difficult emotions, and practice self-kindness. 11 days of gentle self care reminder emails and a private Facebook group guided by Kate Forest, will give you the support and inspiration to care kindly for yourself. You will also receive Self Care Movement Break videos, Self Care Breathing Break audios, and other mindfulness-based self care skills to help you develop the healthy habit of daily self care and self-kindness.
