On-Site Private Group Yoga Instruction*
Private Group Yoga Instruction can help to reduce the daily affects of stress while bringing your team together to refocus and rejuvenate. Yoga can also help to ease physical tension while increasing strength and flexibility, and enhancing physical and emotional health. Click here for more benefits of offering Yoga to your team.

* If you do not have space at your facility classes can also take place in Wilbraham, East Longmeadow or Springfield MA.

6-week Get Acquainted with Yoga Course
This course is an introduction to the basics of Self Care Yoga. It includes detailed instructions of postures taught with variations for individual physical needs. Handouts will be provided to practice some of the yoga postures and breathing techniques outside of class.
Each class is 45-minutes
Maximum number of participants: 30

8-week Ongoing-Yoga Courses
This is an ongoing course for those familiar with the basic practice of Self Care Yoga. It is recommended that a group take the 6-week Get Acquainted with Yoga Course first, but not required as this class can be tailored to beginners and continuing students. Handouts will be provided to practice some of the yoga postures and breathing techniques outside of class.
Each class is 45-minutes

4-Week Self Care Yoga, Mindful Living, and Stress Management Course
The focus of this program is on the Mind/Body/Breath Connection in relation to managing one’s reaction to stress. Through a series of activities participants will gain practical skills to help reduce stress, increase patience and concentration, and enhance physical and emotional well-being. Activities include gentle and safe yoga stretches, mindful breathing techniques, thought awareness exercises, and reflective writing prompts. A weekly assignment will be given to help participants incorporate these skills into their lives, and handouts will be provided. Participation in this course can help to build a sense of unity and respect within an organization.
Each program is one-hour long
Maximum number of participants: 16

  • 6 or 8-week programs may be offered on-site at your location, in Wilbraham or in East Longmeadow Massachusetts.
  • Yoga classes can take place before, during, or after the workday.
  • You may offer the classes privately to your company or invite another company to join in.
  • On-site yoga classes are 45-minutes long. Shorter or longer classes are available upon request.
  • Participants to bring a yoga sticky mat to each class.
  • Single Self Care Yoga Classes are available upon request
