Self Care and Stress-Release for Busy People
(This program can also be tailored toward Busy Women!)
A Six Week Experiential Course with Kate Forest, RYT
Simple and practical tools to fit Self Care into even the busiest days!

Program includes:

  • Gentle Self Care Yoga
  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Relaxation Techniques
  • Conscious Breathing Exercises
  • Self-Reflective Activities
  • Self Care Reminders

Attending this course will help participants to:

  • React more positively in stressful situations
  • Live more healthfully and mindfully
  • Attain greater fulfillment and inner calm
  • Bring a deeper sense of unity and mutual respect into the workplace
  • Support themselves with Self Care so they are better able to support others

Classes are one-hour and include lecture, discussion and optional sharing along with the above mentioned stress-releasing practices. Simple assignments are given to deepen the learning process, and handouts will be provided to encourage a home Self Care Yoga and mindful living practice.

Cost Investment:

Six week course $1,950.00. To be invoiced upon first class.

Empower Yourself!
A Series of Women’s Retreats

In these one-day retreats Kate will share Self Care Skills and personal development tools to ease stress, build health, and live mindfully. Each retreat is centered on one of Kate’s Five Principles of Sustainable Living: Be Mindful. Practice Kindness. Seek Balance. Cultivate Gratitude. Empower Yourself! Activities include Self Care Yoga™, QiGong, mindful walking, conscious breathing, meditation, self-reflection, and guided relaxation. A plant-based organic snack with recipe and ways to integrate healthier eating into life, along with practical ways to care for our planet will be discussed. Handouts and optional wisdom work will be provided to deepen the learning between retreats.

Self Care Yoga, Qi Gong and Meditation
A Gentle Day of Rest and Renewal for Women

Give yourself permission to pause the busyness and take a day off for rest and renewal. This program includes Self Care skills and relaxation techniques including gentle Self Care Yoga, easy flowing Qi Gong – a practice which harmonizes flowing movements with meditative breathing – plus walking meditation outdoors on the beautiful grounds of Genesis Spiritual Life Center.

Yoga and Walking Workshop

Participants will learn a unique way to combine walking, yoga, and stress management techniques into one simple routine they can use daily to help keep their body and mind healthy, balanced, and strong. Three paces of walking will be covered: A natural paced walk for getting from point A to point B, a brisk walk for enhancing cardio and physical health, and a slower paced reflective walk.

90 minute class $325.00
