| Each Self Care Yoga class includes
detailed instructions of yoga postures for flexibility,
strengthening, stress-reduction, and overall health of the
breath and body. Modifications are taught for individual
physical needs and classes are suitable for beginners and
continuing students. Level 1 is gentle, Level 2 is slightly
more challenging but still accessible to beginners with
no injuries and the ability to pick things up quickly.
If you are working with an injury speak with Kate before
attending class, as a personal session may be the best place
to begin. |
