Public Yoga Class Schedule
January 1st, 2010 – March 31st, 2010

Each Self Care Yoga class includes detailed instructions of yoga postures for flexibility, strengthening, stress-reduction, and overall health of the breath and body. Modifications are taught for individual physical needs and classes are suitable for beginners and continuing students. Level 1 is gentle, Level 2 is slightly more challenging but still accessible to beginners with no injuries and the ability to pick things up quickly. If you are working with an injury speak with Kate before attending class, as a personal session may be the best place to begin.

Mondays 5:45 - 6:45 p.m.
January 25th – March 15th (Self Care Yoga Level 1) 8-week course

$96.00 for 8-week session – or $15.00 per “drop-in” class.

Tuesdays 7:35 - 8:25 p.m.
Ongoing (Self Care Yoga Level 2)
YMCA Wilbraham ~ 45 Post Office Park Wilbraham


Cost: $8.00 per class, or $42.00 for 7 classes if you sign up during the open registration.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to register if you are attending as a “drop-in” student.


Wednesdays 10:30 - 11:15 a.m.
Ongoing (Self Care Yoga Level 1)

$8.00 per class, or $42.00 for 7 classes if you sign up during the open registration.

Thursdays 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
January 14th – February 25th (Self Care Yoga Level 1)
Ludlow Senior Center ~ 37 Chestnut Street Ludlow


$6.00 per “drop-in” class

You may continue to register for this class on a pro-rated basis after the start date. You do not need to be a Senior citizen to attend these classes. Please bring a sticky mat if you have one. If not there are a few at the center.


Fridays 12:10 - 12:50 p.m.
Ongoing (Self Care Yoga Level 2)
Lunchtime Yoga ~ 15 Hampden Street, Springfield – first floor

Cost: $80.00 for 8 classes or $13.00 per “drop-in” class.


Please bring a sticky mat with you.
