Before I was very judgemental and I have learned to empower myself.
The positive shifts I have noticed since practicing Self Care Yoga® and Mindful Living in my highs school P.E. class are that my thoughts are not as negative anymore. Before I was very judgemental and I have learned to empower myself. My mind feels way more relaxed and my thoughts don’t feel as though they are constantly racing. My body is less tense and if I feel tension I can easily breathe through it.
